These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by Eryx Labs (“Eryx Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1.Program Description

When you opt in, Eryx Labs may send you text messages related to your inquiry and the services you requested. These may include:

• Transactional messages — appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, replies to your questions, and account or service notifications.
• Promotional messages (only if you separately opt in) — offers, updates, and news about our services.

2.Consent & Opt-In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by submitting a form on our website and checking the applicable consent box, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (typically 2–8 messages per month).

Eryx Labs does not charge for the messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive texts from that program. To rejoin, opt in again.
